I know you are a well respected doctors and I would really value your
opinions on a online advertising campaign targeting doctors.
Everyone, feel free to comment.
Please see the attached link. Based on the website design and copy (the text on the page) would you be motivated to fill out the form to learn more about our services? If not what would you like to see?
Thanks for your valuable feedback, I really appreciate it.

It works, but the people are set for basic understanding or learning. Colors great, but is the target you are looking for in the Pediatric setting, the clinical, or even the surgery setting?
Looks too Pediatric for me to give it time, but it works.
Personal opinion, but true doctors’ offices like to see people, not cartoons. We deal with them in real life every day.

I think you have a fun idea bubbling here - my thoughts in no particular order.
We Salve Sick Sites - that's a mouthful - easier to read than say out loud, still "salve" is old-tyme and my experience of a salve is that it's given to soothe rather than cure - is that what you're shooting for in concept? Maybe you want to "Doctor" sick sites? You've probably had this conversation x100...
Also, I like the navigation bottom right - Diagnose, Adhesion, Resuscitate - but I'm not sure adhesion's what you want - the attraction of dissimilar molecules.
Beyond that, I like the concept - it's fun. I would however manifest as many as five other versions to multi-variate test. Maybe same ad with soft yellow backgrounds. One version with "Solace Counseling" below Dr. Patel's name removed. One version with the nurse at the top and the doctor bottom right. Maybe one with "We Doctor Sick Sites".
And the I would let it rip and find out which one pulls the most submissions.
Good luck.
